Job Requirements
- 2-year college degree or 4-year college degree
- 3 or more years related experience for 2-year degree, at least 1 year for 4-year degree
- 5 years progressive hotel or related experience
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certification requirements
Job Qualifications
- Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required
- Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
Job Duties
- Deliver standout service across all food and beverage areas, creating a warm, welcoming vibe for guests and teammates alike
- Take charge of budgeting and revenue strategies to keep the department thriving and targets exceeded
- Spot issues before they happen and solve them fast to keep service flowing and guests smiling
- Share ideas clearly, listen actively, and keep the conversation open with guests, staff, and leadership
- Use Windows systems, spreadsheets, and word docs like a pro to manage operations and reporting with ease
- Lead, coach, and guide F&B staff while keeping standards high and procedures on point
