The dedication to top-tier amenities, innovative technology, and a warm, welcoming staff has earned the hotel numerous awards and set high standards for guest satisfaction.

As part of Evolution Hospitality—Aimbridge Hospitality’s lifestyle vertical—this property benefits from a distinguished culture focused equally on people and performance. With a collection of luxury, boutique, lifestyle, and soft brand hotels as well as restaurants, bars, and lounges across North America, Evolution Hospitality is renowned for crafting distinct lifestyle experiences that resonate deeply with guests and employees alike.

The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager role at the Talbott Hotel is a vibrant, multifaceted leadership position, designed for an individual passionate about hospitality and service excellence. This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance operational oversight, financial management, and team leadership to create memorable experiences for every guest.

In this fast-paced and interactive position, no two days are the same. You will be responsible for orchestrating efficient service delivery across all F&B areas, ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and tailored to their needs. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to genuine smiles, timely service, and a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest stay.

As a key player in the department’s success, you’ll keep a close eye on financial performance, taking ownership of budgeting and revenue management strategies to drive the business forward. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are critical as you anticipate challenges and handle operational issues swiftly to maintain high standards.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will actively engage with guests, collaborate with staff, and coordinate with hotel leadership to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Your proficiency with technology—including Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing—is expected to ensure smooth reporting and administrative organization.

This position is classified as an overtime eligible manager role, meaning overtime work is compensated accordingly. It offers a fantastic opportunity for a customer service superstar with a knack for financial management and operational excellence to step into a leadership role and contribute to a highly regarded hospitality brand.

If you are inspired by the prospect of leading a passionate team, elevating guest experiences, and driving departmental success in a celebrated luxury hotel environment, this role is tailored for you. Aimbridge Hospitality and Evolution Hospitality are dedicated to supporting your professional growth and rewarding your achievements in a vibrant work culture.
