Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Strong math skills including proficiency with rates, ratios, and percentages
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to present information effectively
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience

- Minimum two years of supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage designated shift operations
- Support and manage operational goals, monitoring performance and profit objectives
- Create efficient schedules maintaining labor costs and staffing levels
- Assist in departmental budget process and ensure budget compliance
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food service regulations
- Assist in cost control through inventory management
- Support administrative duties and enforce regulatory compliance
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
