- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste
- Recruit train and mentor a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork creativity and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth and development
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality consistently exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable dining experiences
- Proactively address guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and promotions ensuring a cohesive guest experience across all touchpoints
- Assist in monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization implementing strategies to maximize profitability
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to inform menu development and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry best practices and local requirements
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards
