The Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor role at PENN Entertainment is an exciting leadership position designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment. This role carries significant responsibility in overseeing the daily operations of a designated food and beverage outlet during a specific shift, ensuring operational goals and profit objectives are achieved. The supervisor plays a crucial part in creating efficient schedules that optimize labor costs while maintaining excellent guest satisfaction. They also contribute to the department's budget process by providing key recommendations and ensuring adherence to budget initiatives.

They are also responsible for compliance with all gaming laws and regulations pertinent to the food and beverage department, maintaining a safe and lawful operational environment.
Additional duties include assisting in the development and enforcement of food service procedures, inspecting menu items, maintaining cost control through inventory management, supporting beverage department policies, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in special events. This role demands strong communication skills, confidentiality, and professionalism, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various organizational levels.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent in related field
- minimum two years of Food & Beverage experience
- minimum two years of supervisory experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- fluency in English
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

- proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise the Food & Beverage outlet and manage daily shift operations
