Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Serve Safe Management and Tips certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capability to learn inventory management and POS programs quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferably in food operations
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality or business management degree preferred
  • Serve Safe Management and Tips certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of job offer
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with ability to quickly learn inventory management and POS programs

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional revenue and P&L performance
  • Oversee supervisor development and conduct training sessions
  • Manage staffing schedules and team member motivation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall park operations
  • Facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and team efficiency
  • Assign additional duties to meet situational demands as necessary
