Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Serve Safe Management and Tips certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Capability to learn inventory management and POS programs quickly
Job Qualifications
- Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferably in food operations
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality or business management degree preferred
- Serve Safe Management and Tips certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of job offer
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with ability to quickly learn inventory management and POS programs
Job Duties
- Manage multiple food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional revenue and P&L performance
- Oversee supervisor development and conduct training sessions
- Manage staffing schedules and team member motivation
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall park operations
- Facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery and team efficiency
- Assign additional duties to meet situational demands as necessary
