The role of Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor is a full-time position offering an annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $53,000. The supervisor will manage several food and beverage operations, focusing on achieving exceptional revenue results and ensuring sound profit and loss (P&L) management. This role includes overseeing supervisor development, facilitating effective training programs, managing staffing needs, and motivating team members to deliver their best performance. The supervisor will directly influence multiple aspects of operations to promote seamless workflow, outstanding service delivery, and overall financial success.

Additionally, the Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining compliance with food safety standards and operational procedures, driving continuous improvement in team efficiency and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Serve Safe Management and Tips certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capability to learn inventory management and POS programs quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferably in food operations
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality or business management degree preferred
  • Serve Safe Management and Tips certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of job offer
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with ability to quickly learn inventory management and POS programs
