The brand's legacy began with the opening of The St. Regis hotel in New York by John Jacob Astor IV at the dawn of the twentieth century, establishing a tradition of uncompromising bespoke service and anticipatory hospitality. St. Regis is part of the Marriott International family, a global leader in the hospitality industry, dedicated to providing exceptional opportunities for career growth, cultural diversity, and a supportive work environment.

St. Regis prides itself on delivering impeccable service through a team of gracious hosts who embody classic sophistication and modern sensibility. The work culture at St. Regis encourages associates to be themselves, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose within a vibrant global team. Joining St. Regis means becoming part of a portfolio of esteemed Marriott International brands, providing a platform to grow professionally and personally.

The role offered is focused on administrative and guest services tasks within the hotel environment. The position involves entering and retrieving information from computer databases, updating records, handling correspondence, preparing documents using various software tools, and managing both computer- and paper-based filing systems. The individual will also be responsible for answering guest inquiries, operating office equipment, transmitting documents, and assisting with mail processing.

Important elements of the job include maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The role emphasizes excellent communication skills, clear and professional language, and the ability to interact warmly and effectively with guests and colleagues. Handling service needs with anticipation, supporting accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and fostering positive working relationships within the team are key components. Physical tasks such as moving and handling light objects are also part of the daily duties.

St. Regis and Marriott International are dedicated to equal opportunity employment, embracing diversity and inclusion across their workforce. They actively promote a respectful environment where associates’ unique backgrounds are treasured, with no discrimination on any protected basis. The company’s commitment to creating an inclusive culture enhances the collaborative spirit that makes the St. Regis guest experience exceptional.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who value professionalism, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and wish to contribute to a luxury hospitality environment that excels in personalized service and attention to detail.
