Job Requirements

Valid TABC license and Food Handler's Card at hire
ability to follow oral and written instructions
ability to serve food and beverages responsibly
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
knowledge of cleaning materials and procedures
ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
availability to work on an as-needed basis

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment and procedures
ability to follow oral and written instructions
ability to establish and maintain working relationships
valid TABC license at hire
valid Food Handler's Card at hire
basic operational knowledge equivalent to four years of high school or equivalent
