Job Requirements
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance

- Ability to serve alcohol if applicable
- Tuberculosis clearance if in Hawaii
- State Food Handlers Card if in Washington
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Maintains dining room cleanliness and organization
- Ensures proper sanitation of the dining room area
- Works with management to maintain cleanliness of the restaurant’s interior and exterior
- Ensures customer satisfaction with their dining experience
- Demonstrates proper customer service standards
- Handles customer complaints professionally and calmly
- Notifies supervisors or managers of customer complaints
- Attends all pre/post-shift briefings and meetings
- Learns and becomes competent in all duty stations
- Performs essential FOH functions such as server, host, cashier
- Efficiently runs all front of house stations including refreshment and bar
- Assists with proper storage and organization of deliveries
- Follows safe stock levels
- Reports operational issues and service concerns
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Works all scheduled shifts
- Notifies supervisors of personnel changes
- Attends mandatory staff meetings
- Adheres to state OSHA, food, and sanitation requirements
- Stays organized, clean, and neat
- Promotes menu items
- Works primarily indoors
- Handles temperature variations and chemical exposure
- Operates restaurant equipment including POS and trash compactor
