Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be personable, attentive, and have a positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Ability to multitask and have a sharp memory
Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous front of house experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to guests promptly
Take and deliver food and drink orders efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Assist with setting up and breaking down service areas
Support bartenders and servers as needed to ensure smooth operation
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
