Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in high volume serving roles
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
familiarity with Neapolitan-style pizza and beverage menus preferred
physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods
positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

Commitment to hospitality
2+ years of high volume serving experience
ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of natural wine programs preferred
ability to work a flexible schedule including lunch and dinner service seven days a week

Job Duties

Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service
consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships
create a warm, fun and exciting environment for bar guests to enjoy
stay up to date on all beverage and food menu changes
demonstrate working knowledge of the natural wine program set forth by Wine Director
maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork
