Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in high volume serving roles
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • familiarity with Neapolitan-style pizza and beverage menus preferred
  • physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods
  • positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Commitment to hospitality
  • 2+ years of high volume serving experience
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of natural wine programs preferred
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including lunch and dinner service seven days a week

Job Duties

  • Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service
  • consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
  • anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships
  • create a warm, fun and exciting environment for bar guests to enjoy
  • stay up to date on all beverage and food menu changes
  • demonstrate working knowledge of the natural wine program set forth by Wine Director
  • maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork
