  • Strong coaching skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members

  • A minimum of 2 years current experience in a fast paced/full-service restaurant
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and practices that contribute to extraordinary guest experiences
  • A flexible schedule - able to work a combination of days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment
  • Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs while optimizing staffing levels
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure operational readiness
  • Uphold guest-centered focus aligned with the company mission statement
