We are seeking a dedicated FOH Prep Attendant to join the Carbone Miami team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the restaurant's guest areas, contributing to an exceptional dining atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for light maintenance of guest restrooms, restocking dispensers, emptying wastebaskets, sweeping floors, setting up the courtyard area including lantern placement, and ensuring all patio tables are properly prepared with linens and settings. This position demands a proactive individual capable of multitasking and maintaining the sanitary integrity of the facility throughout service hours. The FOH Prep Attendant plays a crucial role in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring environment readiness and comfort for guests, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to quality and hospitality.
