Employing a dedicated and engaged team, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is committed to fostering professional growth and development while maintaining operational excellence. Their locations are known not only for excellent food but also for their focus on outstanding service and team camaraderie.
The Service/Bar Manager at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of front-of-house functions. With limited supervision, this position is responsible for managing the overall guest experience, maintaining the appearance and functionality of the dining and bar areas, and leading and scheduling a team of front-of-house staff.
