Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join a popular sports-driven bar and gastropub located in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. This vibrant restaurant is known for its energetic atmosphere, high-volume operations, and commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience centered around great food and lively game-day events. The establishment has become a beloved destination in the Langhorne community, attracting a steady stream of regular guests and sports fans alike. It prides itself on its warm hospitality, enthusiastic team culture, and consistent delivery of high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. In addition to a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential, this role offers paid benefits, making it an attractive opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional looking to grow their career within a thriving local business.

The Front of House Manager will play a critical leadership role, responsible for managing all front-of-house operations and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer that walks through the door. This position requires an energetic and guest-focused leader who thrives in busy, high-volume settings. The manager will lead a diverse team including servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners, fostering a positive, motivated culture through coaching, training, and strong team engagement. Key responsibilities include running pre-shift meetings to energize the team, being visible on the floor during peak hours to handle guest concerns swiftly, and building meaningful relationships with regular patrons to reinforce the welcoming neighborhood vibe. The manager will also oversee scheduling to optimize labor costs, coordinate floor flow, and partner closely with kitchen staff to maintain fast ticket times and high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Operational responsibilities extend to financial management duties such as overseeing cash handling, POS reporting, comps, voids, and driving revenue growth through suggestive selling and carefully executed events and happy hours. Compliance is a priority, with the manager ensuring adherence to Pennsylvania liquor laws, food safety regulations, and all relevant safety protocols. Flexibility is key, as the role requires availability for nights, weekends, and major local sports events, including opening and closing the restaurant as needed. The successful candidate will be hands-on, solution-oriented, and consistently focused on elevating the guest experience in a friendly, high-energy atmosphere.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Manager with at least two years of experience in fast-paced bars, restaurants, or gastropubs who is passionate about leadership and guest satisfaction. The role offers the chance to work within a fun and active team environment in Langhorne, benefit from comprehensive health, dental, and paid time off packages, meal comps, and various growth opportunities within the company. If you are committed to leading by example and nurturing a winning culture that keeps guests coming back, we encourage you to apply and bring your talents to this popular local establishment.
