Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a restaurant manager
  • prior experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership ability
  • capacity to manage high-volume restaurant operations
  • commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and some holidays
  • personable, and positive personality
  • high energy with experience working in a high-volume restaurant
  • minimum of 5 years as a restaurant manager in full service
  • prior experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Ability to be professional at all times, attire, timely arrival, communication, leadership, etc
  • willingness to lead by example
  • increase revenue
  • manage inventory
  • market and promote Kitchen + Kocktails
  • maintain the entry, lobby, dining, and hosts/hostess areas
  • effectively manage wait lists
  • maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms
  • oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • oversee, train, coach, and mentor FOH staff
  • interview team members
  • effectively manage employee conflict
  • create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
