Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a restaurant manager
- prior experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership ability
- capacity to manage high-volume restaurant operations
- commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and some holidays

- high energy with experience working in a high-volume restaurant
- minimum of 5 years as a restaurant manager in full service
- prior experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant highly preferred

Job Duties
- Ability to be professional at all times, attire, timely arrival, communication, leadership, etc
- willingness to lead by example
- increase revenue
- manage inventory
- market and promote Kitchen + Kocktails
- maintain the entry, lobby, dining, and hosts/hostess areas
- effectively manage wait lists
- maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms
- oversee guest services and resolve issues
- oversee, train, coach, and mentor FOH staff
- interview team members
- effectively manage employee conflict
- create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
