We are currently seeking an exemplary FOH Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time management position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, reflecting the importance of this leadership role in our operation. The FOH Manager will take responsibility for managing all front-of-house functions during opening, mid, or closing shifts. This includes overseeing guest services, staff training, inventory management, marketing efforts, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.

As a key leader within the team, the FOH Manager is expected to embody professionalism at all times, demonstrating leadership by example in attire, punctuality, communication, and interactions. Promoting positive guest experiences is essential, requiring a thoughtful and empathetic approach to resolving any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in high-volume upscale casual or fine dining settings and possess the skills to motivate and mentor a diverse front-of-house team effectively.

In addition to routine duties, the FOH Manager will also play a proactive role in increasing restaurant revenue through strategic marketing and promotion of Kitchen + Kocktails. Managing wait lists efficiently and creating optimized staff schedules that meet operational needs are vital to ensuring seamless service. Adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations is mandatory, as is fostering a positive work environment where team members feel supported and valued.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a restaurant manager
  • prior experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
