Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in front-of-house management or related role
- valid food handler certification
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform food service tasks
- knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
- proficiency with scheduling software and point of sale systems

Job Duties
- monitor compliance with health and fire regulations
- monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation
- count money and make bank deposits
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- coordinate assignments of service personnel
- schedule, order, and receive food and beverage supplies
- monitor budgets and payroll records
- schedule staff hours and assign duties
- book private events and coordinate reservations
- develop internal events and promotional activities
- establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
- perform some food preparation or service tasks when necessary
- keep records for sanitation and food subsidies
- organize and direct worker training programs
- resolve personnel problems
- hire new staff
- evaluate employee performance
