The Restaurant Manager role at Houligan's Sports Bar is a critical leadership position that offers candidates an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and dynamic business. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Houligan's location, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, food quality, and service are consistently met. Job Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • food handler certification, strongly preferred
  • ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Stonewood operations
  • ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
  • must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • understanding of financial aspects of business operations

Job Qualifications
