Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
Proficiency with Resy reservation system
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage guest seating efficiently using the Resy reservation system
Anticipate guest needs and build strong guest relationships through recognition and hospitality
Create a welcoming and exciting environment for guests in the host area
Coordinate with front of house team to ensure smooth service operations
Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Promote teamwork and positive interactions among staff members
