Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
- must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers license with insurance now or when eligible to drive for CBC
- state foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
- preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity
- possess strong guest service and communication skills
- organized and detail oriented
- computer literate
- proficient in use of POS - Point of Sale systems
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- must be proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages ticket times and speed of service
- communicates with line employees to ensure order accuracy
- returns food made improperly or not to temperature spec
- pulls bread wrap
- prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wrap pickles, bread, etc.
- stocks and sets the expo line throughout the shift
- prepares trays
- cooks soups
- maintains friendly and smiling demeanor, takes appropriate action at guest requests
- supports and promotes company initiatives
