Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in cashier or customer service roles preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good communication skills in English
Ability to handle cash and operate a register accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Willingness to wear uniform and non-slip shoes as required
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
Ability to perform repetitive hand tasks

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus
Ability to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English
Ability to read English
Ability to read or speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information
Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team
Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
Bag and wrap to-go orders
Perform other related duties as assigned
