Job Description

Our establishment is a well-regarded private club known for providing an exceptional dining and social experience for its members. As a distinguished venue, we emphasize high-quality service, a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere, and a diverse selection of food and beverages to satisfy all tastes. This club prides itself on maintaining a professional and courteous staff dedicated to enhancing the member experience. The club environment includes both indoor spaces and an outdoor patio area used during summer months, ensuring guests enjoy a varied and pleasant setting throughout the year.

We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The bartender will play a vital role in the club's food and beverage operations, primarily responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic drinks, assisting with inventory control, and maintaining a clean and orderly bar area. This position requires an individual who is knowledgeable about various liquors, wines, beers, and mixed drinks, and who can deliver prompt, courteous service to members and guests. Beyond drink preparation, the bartender must also be flexible enough to support food service tasks on the floor when necessary.

This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a cooperative attitude, and the ability to work under the club's policies and state regulations concerning alcohol service. The bartender will be responsible for educating themselves thoroughly about the menu and beverage offerings to answer member questions confidently. Attention to detail is crucial as the job involves accurate handling of sales tickets, member information, and food and beverage orders, ensuring members sign tickets and maintaining compliance with inventory processes.

Working at this club means performing physically demanding tasks, including extended periods of standing and walking, and lifting trays weighing up to 35 pounds. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with club members in a dynamic, social setting and takes pride in contributing to a smooth and efficient service operation. We value team players who are adaptable and ready to assist co-workers across different departments when needed.

Join us in delivering a polished and enjoyable experience that keeps our members coming back time and again.
