We are currently seeking energetic and detail-oriented bakery team members to join our staff. This is a flexible part-time to full-time position, offering 16 to 40 hours per week with an adaptable schedule that can include 4-hour or 8-hour shifts. Candidates must possess a positive and enthusiastic personality to enhance customer satisfaction and team morale.

The bakery team member will be responsible for a variety of tasks including operating commercial baking equipment such as mixers and ovens, preparing made-to-order baked goods like cinnamon rolls, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow precise baking recipes and quality control procedures, and customer service skills to handle inquiries, compliments, and complaints professionally. Team members will also engage with customers in a warm and polite manner while operating the point-of-sale system for sales transactions.
