Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast paced environment, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food safety.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety meet our top-tier standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance restaurant profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Coach and mentor staff, providing training and growth opportunities.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation.
- Resolve staff conflicts and guest complaints with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Previously held a role as a Front of House Manager, General Manager and/or Kitchen manager between 2-3 years.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring and developing a team.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety codes, and licensing requirements.
- Experience in managing inventory, budgeting, and achieving business targets.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic decision-making abilities.
- Proactive and capable of working independently, while also effectively delegating tasks and following up on projects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 - $90,0000/ year
