Job Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- will work with Milan's Licensing Team to obtain licenses in multiple states
- traveling out of state for training may be required
- ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (duration of coverage between 18 overnight stays)
- must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to rent vehicles from all major rental car companies as needed for business travel
- reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and major airport
- flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
- exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- passionate about providing excellent patient care
- ability to maintain highly confidential information
- be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
- be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
- be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
Job Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- able to work autonomously while collaborating with clinic teams
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- certified on laser technology preferred or willing to complete certification
- experience in patient education and aesthetic care
- positive attitude towards travel and flexible work schedules
- ability to document treatments accurately in EMR
- commitment to providing excellent patient care
Job Duties
- Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures
- educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
- work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals
- collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
- provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
- record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
- ensure a professional clean work environment
- clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
- collaborate with Clinical Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists as needed regarding patient treatment plans
