Job Requirements

Working knowledge of plants and flowers
Ability to work in varied temperatures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, efficient and controlled manner
Ability to perform physical aspects of floral duties including standing, bending, lifting, walking
Ability to read, write and complete sales reporting forms
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
Ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs and push and pull up to 100 lbs
Be able to perform all other physical aspects including bending, squatting, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and walking
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
Ability to function as a team member and get along with others

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests upon entering the area
Differentiate in products and service by producing quality products
Follow daily work schedule as assigned by management
Utilize floral systems and processes consistently and correctly
Practice safe work habits and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
Ensure quality and consistent product availability and solutions for guests
Perform floral duties according to company guidelines
Assist in watering and department maintenance as needed
Perform other duties as requested by management
