The employment opportunity at Acts is for the full-time position of Housekeeper/Floor Technician. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and floor care that enhance the overall environment of the communities. The position involves daily cleaning tasks and the periodic refinishing of floors, utilizing a range of commercial cleaning equipment such as 20-inch rotos, high-speed burnishers, automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, and 24 oz. wet mops, among other tools and supplies. Candidates in this role contribute significantly to the safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of the living spaces, directly impacting resident satisfaction and wellbeing.
