Tommy Hilfiger is currently seeking a full-time Floor Supervisor to join its team in Miami, Florida. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a vital part in supporting store operations, leading the store team, and upholding the brand’s customer service standards. The Floor Supervisor acts as a key leader within the store, helping to drive sales, maintain visual presentation, support merchandise management, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

The Floor Supervisor’s responsibilities encompass multiple facets of store operations. They assist with recruiting and training staff, coaching associates, overseeing sales performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, this position involves managing daily store functions such as inventory handling, shipment processing, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The role requires strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on motivating the team, fostering a results-driven environment, and creating a positive workplace culture aligned with Tommy Hilfiger’s brand values.

Job Duties
