Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet legal age requirements for alcohol sales if applicable
- Completion of required training programs including Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Compliance with company dress code and attendance policies
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Certification and training in alcohol serving if applicable
- Good public speaking skills and ability to listen effectively
- Strong math skills and ability to perform accurate cash handling
- Ability to identify and resolve problems and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
- Ability to set priorities budget time and achieve objectives
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Upselling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX and IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club loyalty program
- Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest inquiries and phone calls consistent with guest service philosophy
- Operating concession equipment preparing and cleaning concession areas
- Complying with local state and federal food safety laws
- Managing inventory and correctly handling payments for concessions
- Enforcing MPAA rating system in auditoriums
- Conducting auditorium inspections monitoring picture and sound quality and maintaining safety
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests to find seats
- Cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby areas and hallways
- Reporting issues and unusual situations to management
- Participating in opening and closing theatre duties
