This role is designed for team members who are committed to ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service from the moment they arrive until they leave the premises. Team members may be assigned to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or serve as Ushers, each with distinct responsibilities aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
