Job Requirements

Completion of cast certification program as cast member or box office cashier or progress towards completion
Possess good public speaking skills
Ability to perform accurate calculations quickly
Understand and apply MPAA rating system and company policies
Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon
Maintain regular and consistent attendance
Comply with company dress code
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
Required to read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination
Have current alcohol certification and training if selling or serving alcohol
Be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program or progress towards it
Successful completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training where applicable
Good public speaking and communication skills
Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action
Capable of working under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Job Duties

Operate POS system including cash and credit handling
Upsell premium viewing experiences and concession items
Promote the Regal Crown Club program
Ensure compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
Handle guest inquiries and phone calls courteously
Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby and other theater areas
Assist with crowd control and ushering duties including ticket tearing and seating
