Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Responsible beverage server training completion if applicable
- Responsible and consistent attendance
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing walking and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol where applicable
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy

Job Duties
- Operating POS system accurately including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers' checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling and suggestive selling Premium Viewing Experience (3D RPX IMAX)
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program and Unlimited Program
- Ensuring tickets are sold according to MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to guest inquiries consistently with guest service philosophy
- Preparing and cleaning concession equipment complying with food safety laws
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating in auditoriums
