Job Requirements

  • Complete cast certification program or progress towards completion

Job Duties

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • handling of emergency situations when called upon
  • general cleaning duties
  • compliance with company dress code
  • operating POS system including proper handling of cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards, and redeemed coupons
  • up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
  • promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • ensuring tickets sold comply with MPAA rating system and company policy
  • responding to guest inquiries in a guest service-oriented manner
  • operating, preparing and cleaning concession equipment
  • complying with local, state and federal food safety laws
  • ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
  • tearing tickets, collecting and depositing stubs, directing patrons to auditoriums
  • inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
  • managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
  • enforcing MPAA rating system
  • conducting in-theater inspections for picture and sound quality, theft prevention, and safety
  • reporting problems or unusual situations to management
  • performing in-auditorium concession sales as directed
  • cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, lobby, and other areas
  • monitoring cleanliness and operation of vending equipment
  • assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
