Job Requirements

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
Must complete all legally required state or local training and obtain certificate for alcohol sales where applicable
Ability to perform public speaking listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
Ability to identify problems gather relevant data evaluate information and reach conclusions
Must possess excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
Ability to establish goals budget time and set priorities to achieve desired objectives
Ability to stand walk sit use hands and arms talk and hear frequently
Ability to occasionally climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
Must meet vision requirements including close distance peripheral vision depth perception and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progression towards completion
Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training and any required state or local alcohol selling certification where applicable
Possess good public speaking skills
Ability to listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately and quickly
Ability to identify problems and evaluate information to reach conclusions
Excellent communication skills with customers co-workers and management
Ability to establish goals budget time and prioritize to achieve objectives

Job Duties

Operating POS system including handling and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
Up selling and suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience including 3D RPX and IMAX
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
Responding to phone calls and guest questions consistent with guest service philosophy
Operating concession POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and coupons as well as managing concession stock inventory
Preparing and cleaning concession equipment
Complying with food safety laws and regulations
Abiding by state and federal laws regarding breaks and meal periods
Ensuring alcohol certification and training are current where applicable
Tearing tickets collecting and depositing stubs and directing patrons to auditoriums
Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
Enforcing the MPAA rating system
Performing theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality and maintain safety
Reporting problems and unusual situations to management
Performing concession auxiliary sales in auditoriums as directed
Cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms lobby and halls
Monitoring cleanliness and operation of vending equipment
Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned by management
