Additionally, they serve as the first point of contact for guests, answering inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Those working at the Concession Stand manage both sales and inventory, prepare and operate concession equipment, and uphold strict compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations. They are also responsible for promoting premium club memberships, suggestive selling of concession items, and, where applicable, selling or serving alcohol in compliance with all legal requirements. Continuous training, including the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training, ensures that staff maintain high standards and legal compliance.

Floor Staff members assigned as Ushers are tasked with maintaining order and enhancing the guest experience inside the auditoriums. Duties include ticket validation, managing crowd control, assisting guests in finding their seats, enforcing MPAA ratings, and monitoring picture and sound quality. Ushers also play an essential role in theater cleanliness and safety, performing auditorium cleaning, restroom upkeep, and equipment maintenance while performing their shifts. They are expected to report any unusual situations to management promptly, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.

Overall, a Floor Staff member at Regal Cinemas is expected to act as a representative of the company by demonstrating consistent attendance, handling emergencies, complying with company dress codes, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
