We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at the Bloomingdale's concession in Chestnut Hill. This onsite position offers the opportunity to lead a talented store team by providing exceptional customer support, effective team supervision, and operational management. The Floor Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, monitor key performance indicators, and adapt strategies to meet sales trends. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a passion for fashion, particularly for Ted Baker products, ensuring the store consistently functions at its best.

As Floor Manager, you will be the driving force behind team motivation and performance, inspiring members to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for task delegation, coaching team members, managing product knowledge, and supporting recruitment efforts. Your role will also include monitoring stock handling, merchandising upkeep, and commercial activities to maximize the store’s potential. Ensuring operational compliance, including loss prevention, cash handling, and health and safety standards, will also be part of your duties.
