Job Requirements
- Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Some college preferred
- Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
- Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute management experience
- Ability to stand extensively without breaks
- Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
- Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of three feet
- High level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
- Capability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress
- Ability to bend, reach, and walk effectively
- Capable of carrying trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for up to 60 feet
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
