Job Requirements

  • Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Some college preferred
  • Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
  • Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute management experience
  • Ability to stand extensively without breaks
  • Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
  • Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of three feet
  • High level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
  • Capability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress
  • Ability to bend, reach, and walk effectively
  • Capable of carrying trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for up to 60 feet
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • Some college preferred
  • Restaurant managerial experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of restaurant operations
  • Achieve planned sales and budgeted profit levels
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Provide direction and motivation to hourly partners
  • Ensure execution of all positions and responsibilities
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Manage operational and product costs effectively
