Job Requirements

Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
Some college preferred
Some restaurant managerial experience preferred
Certified Trainer and Shift Lead experience may substitute management experience
Ability to stand extensively without breaks
Exposure to heat, smoke, and cold
Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of three feet
High level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
Capability to work irregular hours under heavy pressure and stress
Ability to bend, reach, and walk effectively
Capable of carrying trays weighing approximately 20 pounds for up to 60 feet
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
