Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
- Strong knowledge of front and back house operations
- Great decision making and organizational skills
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment
- Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM
