Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
  • Strong knowledge of front and back house operations
  • Great decision making and organizational skills
  • Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
  • Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment
  • Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM
