Job Requirements

At least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
Warm, caring and positive attitude that drives hospitality and inspires others to do so
An attitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levels
Broad understanding of financial aspects of the business
Open, flexible availability, be able to work on holidays and weekends
Well presented
Hardworking
Reliable
Honest and trustworthy
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write the English and Spanish language
Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors and their proper service, with the ability to design pairings and cocktails to match food
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer queries and complaints
Be legally authorized to work in the United State
Have manager food safety certification
