Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Warm, caring and positive attitude that drives hospitality and inspires others to do so
- An attitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levels
- Broad understanding of financial aspects of the business
- Open, flexible availability, be able to work on holidays and weekends
- Well presented
- Hardworking
- Reliable
- Honest and trustworthy
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write the English and Spanish language
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors and their proper service, with the ability to design pairings and cocktails to match food
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer queries and complaints
- Be legally authorized to work in the United State
- Have manager food safety certification

- Manage all functions of daily checklist and shift operations
- Drive excellence and standards with inventory, quality and safety
- Train, lead and develop team for excellence in guest experience and hospitality
- Handle payroll, scheduling and labor management
- Manage facility and equipment
