- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Hands-on management style with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during lunch and dinner service
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through active floor presence and table engagement
- Support, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain service standards, pacing, and presentation consistent with the Mika brand
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and urgency
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with staff scheduling, break management, and shift coverage as needed
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
