- previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred
- ability to use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- willingness to adhere to cleaning protocols and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- perform routine floor cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
- use appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques for different floor types
- address spills, stains, and accidents promptly to maintain a safe environment
- collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the property
- report any maintenance or repair needs related to flooring promptly
- follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- provide exceptional customer service to guests and address their concerns regarding floor care
