The Floating Food Service Support role at Summit in Saint Louis, Missouri, is a full-time, onsite position that requires an experienced and skilled individual to help coordinate and prepare food for meal service across multiple assigned locations. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in food service who is comfortable working in a dynamic corrections environment. As a Floating Food Service Support, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the food service department. Your responsibilities will include planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating food service activities to ensure that every assigned unit receives outstanding meal options.
