The Floating Food Service Support role at Summit in Saint Louis, Missouri, is a full-time, onsite position that requires an experienced and skilled individual to help coordinate and prepare food for meal service across multiple assigned locations. Job Duties
- Assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the food service department to provide outstanding dining options to each assigned unit
- Helping to enforce company policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation, food preparation, distribution, and service, budgeting and purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, and staffing and staff development
- Ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and quality of meals
- Directly preparing meals as needed
- Performing other tasks as assigned
