Job Description

Dweck Properties is a respected property management company that oversees multiple communities across Arlington, offering residents trusted housing and comprehensive living experiences. Their Arlington portfolio includes various residential communities, each with its unique charm and style, collectively creating a vibrant living environment supported by professional management teams. The company is committed to fostering strong community connections, delivering superior service, and ensuring that residents feel valued and supported in their homes.

The Floating Concierge position at Dweck Properties serves a critical role within these communities by providing flexible, multi-location support to residents and property teams. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to build a long-term career in property management, offering rich exposure to different community operations, teams, and service cultures. Floating Concierges have the opportunity to select shifts that best fit their schedule, including day, evening, and overnight coverage, with a minimum commitment of three shifts per month ensuring consistent and reliable support for communities.

As the first point of contact within the residential communities, the Floating Concierge acts as the welcoming face and key support resource for residents and guests alike. The role demands a strong professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proactive organizational capabilities. Concierges facilitate smooth daily operations by managing communications, coordinating package delivery, supporting resident needs, and assisting with maintenance requests. Beyond operational tasks, this position supports community engagement activities, helping to organize events that strengthen neighborhood bonds and enhance the resident experience.

Candidates in this role benefit from ongoing training and the ability to interact with diverse teams, gaining practical knowledge of property management best practices across different community settings.

This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service to residents. Dweck Properties values individuals who are eager to learn, have a problem-solving mindset, and enjoy working within a community-oriented environment. By joining as a Floating Concierge, team members become an integral part of a company that prioritizes quality service, career development, and a collaborative workplace culture. The role also offers competitive compensation, including commissions and financial incentives, along with benefits such as a company-matched 401k and ongoing professional development opportunities, making it an attractive option for those looking to enter or advance within property management.
