Job Requirements

  • Full-time employment availability
  • Relevant experience in aviation or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under time constraints
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory environments such as FAA and EASA
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in hybrid or office settings across global locations after training

Job Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Knowledge of the business aviation environment
  • Preferably experience in ground operations, flight dispatch, or flight planning
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and providers

Job Duties

  • Maintaining and updating Global View platform to ensure communication flow
  • Arranging ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel as per procedures
  • Liaising with external providers including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, and aviation authorities
  • Requesting overflight and landing permits following established protocols
  • Submitting flight, crew, and passenger information to customs and border agencies
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date flight status information during planning stages
  • Coordinating with operating partners' Tactical Controllers regarding preparation status
  • Ensuring operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and with a focus on client satisfaction
