Job Requirements
- able to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
- excellent English language skills
- preferably experience in Business Aviation environment particularly Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch or Flight Planning
- ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Qualifications
- excellent English language skills enabling clear communication with stakeholders
- in-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment, preferably in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning
- ability to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
- capability to deliver tasks punctually even under pressure
Job Duties
- maintaining and updating Global View platform to ensure smooth communication with partner AOCs tactical team, sales and client services
- arranging ground handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights as required by established procedures
- liaising with external providers including handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, Civil Aviation Authorities, customs regarding ground services and operational requirements
- requesting overflight and landing permits for all flights as per procedures
- submitting flight, crew and passenger information to customs and border agencies
- providing accurate and current information on flight status during planning including flight times, fuel stop locations and potential en-route issues
- liaising and coordinating with operating partners' Tactical Controllers on preparation status and communicating discrepancies in a timely manner
- ensuring all operational tasks are fulfilled efficiently, safely and with client satisfaction in mind
