Job Requirements
- Minimum three years ALS experience for flight paramedics
- Minimum three years clinical experience for EMT-P/LP
- Current Texas certification or licensure as a paramedic
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- NRP certification
- Stable certification within 90 days of employment
- TNCC audit within six months of employment
- Advanced certification (FP-C, CCEMTP, C-NPT or TP-C) within two years
- Emergency Vehicle Operators Course during orientation
- Valid Texas driver’s license and auto liability insurance

Job Duties
- Provide care and transportation to pediatric and neonatal patients via ground ambulance, helicopter, and fixed wing aircraft
- Maintain readiness of equipment and ensure availability of supplies
- Complete related paperwork and documentation accurately
- Expand knowledge of pediatric and neonatal patients and apply it in transport environment
- Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards during transportation
