Job Requirements
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- experience flying drones (non-DJI) for commercial purposes
- strong knowledge of airspace, flight safety, and regulations
- excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, real world flight environments
- current FAA Third Class Medical or the ability to obtain one

Job Duties
- Plan, execute, and document aircraft flights to meet customer operational needs
- conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
- train and support customers on safe and effective aircraft operation
- travel regularly to customer sites for deployments, demonstrations, and on site support
- provide operational feedback to engineering and product teams to improve systems
- ensure every customer mission is successful and safe
