Job Requirements
- Pilot certificate (private), Dispatch certificate or 2 years of experience within a 121 carrier aviation safety, flight operations, or dispatch program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to perform statistical analysis
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Professional integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Pilot certificate (private), Dispatch certificate or 2 years of experience within a 121 carrier aviation safety, flight operations, or dispatch program

- Professional degree in an aviation-related field (preferred)
- Commercial pilot, Instrument rating, ATP certificate (preferred)
- One year of FOQA/LOSA or aviation safety related experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRJ aircraft systems (preferred)
Job Duties
- Assist in facilitating the FOQA Monitoring Team meetings
- Review FOQA data with the FMT and provide analysis support as required
- Maintain parameter definition event sets and coordinate changes with the FMT and maintain a log of any changes made
- Maintain a FOQA history log of corrective actions
- Monitor the status of corrective actions and recommendations
- Disseminate FOQA information to PSA stakeholders
- Coordinate maintenance issues with PSA Maintenance and Engineering
- Track and trend the top safety issues from the FOQA program
- Develop and maintain FOQA documentation including I&O Plan and FOQA MOU
- Manage password selection and maintenance of the Aerobytes program
- Create safety promotional materials such as quarterly FOQA Scorecard and bulletins
- Conduct safety promotional presentations to increase knowledge and awareness of the PSA FOQA program
- Help maintain the PSA Flight Safety Index
- Assist in facilitating the LOSA Steering Committee meetings
- Review LOSA data with the LOSA Steering Committee
- Track and trend the top safety issues from the LOSA program
- Disseminate LOSA information to PSA stakeholders
- Assist in training and supervising LOSA observers
- Assist in revising LOSA program documents
- Responsible for the company’s Security and Safety Management System and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
- Perform other duties as assigned
