Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management
  • pilot license (CPL or ATPL)
  • FAA Flight Dispatcher License
  • 4-6 years of experience in aviation operations
  • valid medical certificate
  • ability to be on-call 24/7 with company-provided communication device
  • capability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • commitment to maintaining high service standards in a strict regulatory environment

Job Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant aviation experience

Job Duties

  • Ensure safety of flight as it relates to daily plan execution
  • collate inputs from various resources for efficient management of company assets
  • manage exceptions causing deviations to daily plan
  • advise on safety, compliance, equipment, training and crewmember matters
  • recommend and review effectiveness of flight operations policies and procedures
  • ensure regulatory compliance for assigned fleet operations
  • monitor daily crew and aircraft assignments
  • act as a resource for mission-critical flight issues
  • promote teamwork among crew and flight center personnel to enhance flight execution and owner satisfaction
