Job Requirements
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
- Prior experience in aviation or drone operations
- Understanding and application of FAA regulations and safety protocols
- Experience with flight monitoring systems or technical platforms
- Knowledge of weather impacts on flight operations
- Ability to carry or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 12-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent of the time
- Ability to undergo DOT drug and alcohol testing
- Eligibility for export control license if required
Job Qualifications
- Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate
- Understanding of FAA regulations and aviation safety protocols
- Experience interpreting flight monitoring systems or similar platforms
- Knowledge of weather patterns affecting flight operations
- Prior experience in aviation, drone operations, or real-time monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Continuously monitor active drone flights using advanced monitoring systems
- Identify and respond to deviations from planned flight paths or operational parameters
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company safety policies
- Coordinate with teams to implement immediate response strategies to mitigate risks
- Prepare detailed reports on flight activities, incidents, and anomalies
- Provide feedback to support continuous operational improvement
- Adhere to FAA regulations and Prime Air processes
