Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to complete required FAA training
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to perform duties including standing for extended periods and lifting light weights

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic proficiency in emergency safety protocols
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide briefings pre-flight, during flight, and after landing
- Market and sell snacks and beverages
- Check and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment
- Maintain compliance with all FAA regulations
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all guests
- Assist in emergency procedures as required
